Introducing The Annex

The Annex | Heat. Cold. Light. Recover.

This September, we’re bringing four recovery modalities together into one sophisticated, beautiful, dedicated space.

Custom Sauna

Regular sauna use is associated with benefits including improved circulation and cardiovascular health, muscle recovery, relaxation and sleep.

Heat increases blood flow to tired muscles, while the heat-and-cool cycle creates a recovery experience that can feel completely different from simply taking a day off.

Our custom built sauna will seat 6-8 people and you’ll be able to reserve your time slot via our Wodify app. No over-crowding, schedule with your friends, schedule your times for the full week.

Cold Plunge

Cold-water immersion can help reduce post-workout soreness and provides a powerful physical and mental reset.

Used alongside sauna, it also creates contrast therapy — alternating heat and cold to create an entirely different recovery experience.

The Barn cold plunge is the only cold pool in North Central Washington to use an automated salt water sanitation system that checks water chemistry every 2 minutes and adjusts accordingly. The ColdTub(tm) is trusted by college and professional athletic training centers across the county, the US Army, and the YMCA.

Red Light Therapy

Our medical-grade red and near-infrared light therapy system uses specific wavelengths of light studied for their role in cellular energy and recovery.

Red light therapy is also widely used to support muscle and joint comfort, tissue recovery, collagen production and skin health.

Full-Body Compression

Compression helps promote increased circulation, temporarily relieve muscle aches and pain, accelerate warm up and recovery time and reduce tension and swelling. Compression recovery can feel especially good after strength training, hiking, running, pickleball, skiing, travel or simply spending a long day on your feet. We are excited to use the Normatec 3 Full Body System which includes attachments for legs, arms and hips for a full-body massage experience.
