  • In Barn Strong you will learn strength training techniques from body weight movements to kettlebells and even Olympic weightlifting; working through progressions in fundamental movement patterns. In every class, you'll experience a fun mix of strength movements, gymnastics, plyometrics, kettlebells, and cardio conditioning. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, you will walk away from this class sweaty, feeling STRONG and ready to LEARN more. Classes are smaller in size.

    Barn Bootcamp is a fun and challenging 60 min functional strength training/HIIT class with focus on perfect form. We use a variety of equipment from med balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, battling ropes, TRX, and bands to create an awesome workout with modifications for all levels. Larger class sizes.

  • Guidelines for 24/7 Open Gym Access: 

    • The gym is monitored 24/7 by surveillance cameras both inside the building and around the exterior. Do not touch, move, or unplug any security cameras.

    • Non-members are not allowed to access the gym along with members unless they have purchased a drop-in pass or been pre-approved by management.

    • People younger than 18 years of age are not allowed to access the facility without permission of management.

    • Athletes alone in the gym should keep their FaciliKey app nearby in case emergency attention is needed. There is a 911 feature in the app. In an emergency, press the button, which will assist you in calling 911.

    • The front garage door (facing the parking lot) must remain closed from 7pm-7am. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm – 7am.

    • No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs is permitted in the gym at any time. No alcohol involved fitness activities are permitted without express permission from the owners.

    • Only use equipment you understand how to use.

    • Inspect the equipment to make sure it is properly functioning prior to using the equipment.

    • Remove potential trip hazards from floor and return all weights to weight rack after you are finished lifting the weight.

    • Utilize a spotter or known bailing methods whenever lifting heavy weight. (Also see #7)

    • Stop exercising if you experience a potential injury and seek medical attention.

    • Inspect your surroundings to make sure equipment and weights are not obstructing your intended exercise.

    • Notify management and all other members using the facility if any equipment is not working properly or if you notice any potentially dangerous conditions within the facility. Just leave a note at the front desk.

    • Turn off all lights in the gym as well as the music. Light switches are located by the Wall Balls and at the Front Door.

    • Any apparel or supplements taken must be signed for at the time of purchase on the sheet at the front desk. Failure to report is considered stealing and will be dealt with accordingly.

    • We know you all love the gym as much as we do but want to make sure everything is cleaned up and ready for the next class. Please return all equipment, chalk, and/or other gym supplies to their designated storage place and pick up any items or trash brought into the gym or bathrooms. If you are the last to use any of the paper supplies, please take a second to refill or replace.Item description
