    I started CrossFit like most people, to get in shape. From there it quickly became a passion and something I wanted to share with others. My biggest joy is to watch our athletes succeed, gain confidence, get healthy, and have fun along the way.

    Originally a massage therapist, I’ve always loved learning about the body and how it moves. After back surgery in 2014, I turned to exercise to rebuild strength—and now I’m passionate about helping others discover their own path to health through movement.

    Hi, I’m Christina! I’ve practiced yoga since 2013 and love the flexibility, strength, and mind-body connection it brings, especially when paired with CrossFit. I mainly teach Hot Yoga, with a few Restorative classes too. The Barn’s community and energy are what keep me coming back.
