Erin is a dedicated coach whose journey in the world of health and wellness has been constantly evolving. Erin has practiced yoga for nearly 20 years and began her CrossFit and Olympic Lifting journey in 2014; earning her USA Weightlifting certification and L2 CrossFit certification. The early days of heavy lifting, pushing boundaries, and fostering a deep connection with the exhilaration of high-intensity workouts has made way for the power of breath, the beauty of mindfulness, and the harmony that exists between body and mind. Yoga is not just a form of exercise but a guiding force that has influenced her approach to life.

Erin brings a unique blend of strength, agility, and mindfulness to The Barn. Drawing from a diverse range of experiences, Erin understands that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all concept. Each stage of life demands a tailored approach, and she is committed to guiding others on their personalized fitness journey. It's about embracing change, finding balance, and nurturing a sustainable, lifelong commitment to well-being.
