A 10-week program built to test your limits and unlock your potential—physically and mentally. Real growth happens when you push past your comfort zone, and that’s where grit and glory come together. Athletes will develop strength, power, speed, flexibility, and the mental toughness to take on any challenge.

Each class combines skill-building with movement, high-energy workouts, and the occasional game to keep things fun. Expect to work hard, move well, and leave feeling accomplished. Every rep counts. Every win matters.
