45 minutes of strengthening & focusing on core!  A strong core helps support better posture, improves balance, increases stability, protects organs, can reduce or prevent back pain, boosts power and supports a healthy lifestyle!  Strengthen, tone & trim! Room heated to 100 degrees.

Tues & Thurs

Hot Pilates

This class will enhance core strength and abdominal toning. Pilates is one of the most effective ways to tone and trim the mid-line all while having fun and getting in a good sweat with your friends. Room heated to 95 degrees.

Mondays

Hot Sculpt

A strength-based yoga class that will have you pulsing to the beat with weights in hand. Flow, burn, move, sweat, and sculpt your body while releasing any blocked energy that is holding you back from being the best version of yourself! Room heated to 104 degrees.
