Barn strong

Train to play. We want you to do life, PLAY sports, hike, dance and just plain MOVE at any time, for any duration, and in any environment. Achieving that requires variance. In our classes you will learn strength training techniques from body weight movements to kettlebells and even Olympic weightlifting; working through progressions in fundamental movement patterns. We will work on pushing strength, pulling strength, and rotational strength while addressing stability and mobility issues.

In every class, you'll experience a fun mix of strength movements, gymnastics, plyometrics, kettlebells, and cardio conditioning. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, you will walk away from this class sweaty, feeling STRONG and ready to LEARN more.

Barn Bootcamp

A fun and challenging 60 min functional strength training/HIIT class with focus on perfect form. We use a variety of equipment from med balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, battling ropes, TRX, and bands to create an awesome workout with modifications for all levels.

Mommy & Me

New moms and moms of newborns! This class will focus on core rehabilitation and strengthening the body. A powerful combination of Pilates moves, core, strength training and cardio in a positive environment. New moms are welcome as soon as you are cleared by your doctor. You will be able to exercise while either wearing your newborn or by your side in a car seat.
