HIGH-INTENSITY TRAINING

The Barn training space is a beautiful 3,000 sq. ft. modern facility fully equipped with high-end Rogue functional training equipment, showers, bathrooms, and locker space. The 60’ of Rogue Rigs provide 13 squat racks and floor space for up to 30 athletes.

  • Barn Basics teaches the foundational movements we use in our Barn Strong and Barn Bootcamp classes. You will also learn the "language" of Barn Strong (i.e. EMOM, AMRAP) and slowly ramp up in workout intensity.

  • Our strength & conditioning track designed to get you strong & fit. STRONG workouts combine traditional strength training followed by a full-body conditioning workout. You’ll know what to expect, but that doesn’t mean it’ll be any easier. Warm up, lift, then sweat. See the workouts.

  • Our high-intensity interval program built for maximum results and maximum variety. Workouts combine high-powered functional movements with a variety of strength, weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning. You won’t know what’s coming – that’s why it works.

  • Barn Booty is a versatile strength and conditioning program suitable for all fitness levels. Our total body strength training sessions are designed to help you achieve your goals in body composition, strength, and mobility. This class is offered once per week and is a great addition to yoga, bootcamp or barn strong.

YOGA

The Barn yoga studio is a beautiful, welcoming space utilizing infrared heating – a one-of-a-kind space for Lake Chelan. Infrared heated yoga is shown to increase flexibility, relieve pain, detoxify through sweat, increase metabolism, and increase circulation. The Barn offers both heated and unheated yoga options.

  • A great for beginning yogis. Intro to postures, stretching, breath work, meditation. Practice yoga basics while developing your mind body connection. Each class will vary focusing on building strength, flexibility, and mental awareness. Both heated and non-heated classes available.

  • A sequence of 26 yoga poses and two breathing exercises that are done in the same order every class. If you love knowing what’s coming and routine, this class is for you! Room heated to 104 degrees.

  • Another great option for beginner to advanced yogis. Learning alignment and form of standing poses, forward and back bends, twists and inversions using breath with movement to create flow. This flow is dynamic and intended to challenge you to step up, show up, and find your own personal edge. Room heated to 95 degrees.

  • A powerful, energetic class where students move fluidly from one pose to the next while connecting with their breathing to their movement. Room heated to 104 degrees.

  • A very challenging high intensity interval training class using Pilates’ principals. The exercises are high intensity to strengthen lean muscles, yet low impact to keep joints healthy. Core strength, glute activation, and high-intensity cardio is designed to create fast results, build long, lean muscle mass, and burn fat for a whole-body workout. Room heated to 104 degrees.

  • Restorative yoga is the practice of listening to your body and mind and encouraging it to enter a state of total relaxation. In this state, your body and mind can consciously relax and tension is released. Yoga positions are held for 3-5 minutes with the support of blankets, bolsters, and blocks. The only work that's required on your part during a restorative yoga practice is to pay attention to your breath and become aware of any sensations or thoughts that may arise. Unheated.

  • Working to heal the hurts, habits and hang-ups that can lead to addition. Recovery Yoga follows the Y12SR program of “connecting the dots” between the ancient wisdom of yoga, the practical tools of 12-step programs, and the latest research on trauma healing and neurobiology. Training local athletes from grades 6-12 to increase overall strength, power, speed, flexibility and GRIT. Every training session focus’ on proper form of movement to reduce the risk of injury on and off the field/court.
