Vin Yin

The best of both worlds! This class starts with a 30min vinyasas and ends with 30 mins of restorative yoga. The first half of class you will flow through a mix of standing and laying poses. Then second half of class you will melt into some deep stretching and relaxation. Room unheated.

Tues & Thurs

Nidra

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between awake and asleep. Lying comfortably on the floor with yoga props & blankets you will be read a guided meditation. Listening and feeling the vibrations of the sound bowls will help keep you in the meditative state.
