We are a class-based gym, offering everything from strength & conditioning to restorative recovery sessions. Our classes are appropriate for all fitness levels. Strength Training, Cardio, and Yoga.  Each class is different - every day a new way to see what your body is capable of achieving. Be prepared for challenging workouts, great music, camaraderie, and the motivation you have always craved.

The Barn Fitness Center is more than a gym. It's where our members connect with each other and become part of a community who not only stay fit together, but also put that fitness to use and play together.  From casual after-class gatherings to more formal quarterly adventures.  You’ll find a group of people who are ready to support you where you’re at and make sure you’re having fun along the way.

We are firm believers that the path to improving is through learning and growing. Our coaching staff and our athletes embrace every opportunity to grow in new knowledge and to pass along learning opportunities. From healthy recipes, to simple ways to break down complicated movements, to seminars that provide tools to navigate mental obstacles. Our family at The Barn is growing stronger every day both mentally and physically and it shows!
